With a focus on the rustic cuisines of the Mediterranean Jason fuses ancient traditions with the bounty of Southern California to create rich, nutrient dense and soul warming food.

Jason believes a great cook is first a great eater. Harnessing an unyielding love of all things edible Jason developed his culinary passion as a young child. He was exposed to new and exotic flavors through his adolescence and early adulthood cementing his drive down a path of a life in food.
A native New Yorker, Jason was inspired by the bounty of the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market, journeyed west and began cooking in LA in 2006. He lives in Glassell Park with his wife Kay and their two dogs, Cooper and Saffron.
